Any theories?
We had glorious blue skies today so the dogs and I went down to the coast this afternoon. Misty is here for a couple of days and this was her first experience of 'the edge'.......
Needless to say she went on a lead on the exposed sections.
Windy today!
Sitting on the huge blocks of stone that make up the sea wall near the boathouses I suddenly realised that the 'birds' I could see bobbing about further into the bay were actually seals. Two of them! Wonderful. I haven't seen seals there since Christmas day 2009. There wasn't anyone else about today and for a while one of the seals and Nellie observed each other as Nellie stood on the edge of the water! I took ridiculous amounts of pictures - mostly of the sea again - but got one or two that will pass as evidence! Not of them watching each other - the zoom couldn't cope with that.
Archie and Misty had a mad five minutes chasing each other about on the sandy bit. You can see their crazy paw print circles in the sand. It was pristine before their game!
Nellie, like Pop used to be, is always first to the water and the last to leave it. She is becoming more like Pop in little ways, it is a bit spooky.

ah that's weird you can't comment on the other blogs! I even lost access to my first blog - modern technology argh lol !

I think it may be something to do with permitted users??? I know that I couldn't comment on 'Agility Life' blog and she had to 'invite' me so that I could.

Hmmm, mine is open to 'anybody' in permitted users, and I have made sure that 'anyone' can comment under my comments settings. So no idea I am afraid!! Technology huh? :-)
